Company and workers

The Registration Process

The Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management process is completed in two parts: business and worker registration.

Please allow yourself time to source and upload your business and workers’ documents and information. We suggest you read through this process before getting started in the system, which can be found by clicking the Register/Login button at the top of the page.

Let’s get started!

You will only be pre-qualified to work for Campbell Arnott’s when you have completed both business and worker registration.

Business Registration (click to expand) +

Step 1 > Register your company

The Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management System can be found here >>

Select Register and:
> Search for your company’s name to request a new login, or choose to add your company and search by your ABN.
> Complete your registration request by filling in your company details (name, address, ABN and contact details).
> Submit these details and, on approval, you’ll be emailed your new user name and password to login.

Step 2 > Register your company’s details

Using your new details, login to the Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management System.

Select apply to follow the process to register your company.

To help you prepare for registering your business details, we have provided a list of questions you may be asked in this process, which can be found in this PDF.

Step 3 > Pay for registration based on category

You will now be categorised and pay using the information you have provided. The costs outlined below are determined by the complexity and verification needed for your registration.

Step 4 > Upload insurances and licences

You’ll next be prompted to upload copies of the licences and insurances that correspond to your selections in the profile and work activities questions above. These may include, but are not limited to:

Insurances

• Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
• Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate of Currency
• Workers Compensation for each state selected
• Income Protection Insurance Policy

Licenses
• Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor Licence
• Asbestos Removal / Assessor Licence
• Building Contractor Licence
• Dangerous Goods Vehicle Licence
• Electrical Contractor Licence
• HACCP Australia Certification (Hazard Analysis Critical Control)
• Plumbing / Gas-fitting Licence
• Security Licence
• EPA Waste Transport Licence

Step 5 > Complete a Safety Management System (SMS) review and finalise registration

The final step for company registration is to successfully complete a SMS review, an independent desktop audit of your Work Health and Safety documents by a qualified WHS professional. The documents you’ll be asked to upload in the system for your SMS review depend on your category, and are outlined on the Help and Resource page.

On successful review, you will be emailed that your company registration is complete.

To complete your registration, you will next register your workers, purchase their site access cards, and book their inductions.

Worker Registration (click to expand) +

Step 1 > Add workers

Login to the Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management System here >> and select Manage Employee Data. Choose Add Employee and enter your employee’s details. Select submit.

Step 2 > Choose worker role/s

Select process next to the employee’s name, select their role/s, and apply. Ensure you agree to the terms and conditions and choose a card delivery address. Select save.

You will pay for employee registration, access cards and inductions later in this process. Registration costs $65 + GST per person (two year duration, including annual induction).

Step 3 > Upload supporting documents

You will now be prompted to upload documents supporting the role/s you’ve chosen for your employee, including a photo for their ID access card.

Step 4 > Book training

Next, you will book the online training for your employee, with the induction/s listed at the bottom of the page.

> Online induction: No charge (currently annual)

Click book and choose the inductions from the list, save and add to cart to proceed to checkout.

Step 5 > Pay for registration

Pay for the employee registration and training via credit card.

Step 6 > Registration and training approved

Pegasus will review your employee’s registration and training request, and on approval, you’ll be emailed details about their induction. Their ID card will also be mailed for site access.
